Is the seminar live or recorded?
It's live on Zoom, February 19–21, 2027, so you can ask David questions as you go. A recording is available on-demand for 90 days afterward.
What are the times?
9 AM to 4 PM Mountain (8–3 Pacific, 10–5 Central, 11–6 Eastern). On days 1 and 2 there's an optional Q&A and networking hour with David after class.
Is this for beginners or experienced landlords?
Both. It's equally helpful for beginners and seasoned investors with common landlord problems, and fee managers get a lot out of it too.
